Dominion CEO John Poulos testified to the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee in December 2020 that no votes are sent overseas and that all votes are counted by local election officials in the United States. The court granted summary judgment that every challenged Newsmax statement, this one included, was materially false (Delaware Superior Court, US Dominion v. Newsmax Media, Apr. 9, 2025).
