That’s like, in the 2020 Rigged and Stolen Election, when we had a great case, but the Supreme Court would not hear it because they said I, the President of the United States of America, had NO STANDING to bring such a case.
The Supreme Court never said Trump lacked standing. It turned away Texas v. Pennsylvania because Texas lacked standing, and dismissed the other pending motions, including Trump's motion to intervene, as moot.
On Dec. 11, 2020, the Supreme Court ruled in Texas v. Pennsylvania (No. 155, Orig.) that 'The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III' and that 'All other pending motions are dismissed as moot' (Supreme Court of the United States, order list, Dec. 11, 2020).
