What did Paul Gosar claim about elections on 6 Jan 2021?

Paul Gosar, U.S. Representative (R-AZ) ·

In the only audit done in Arizona, a court found 3 percent error rate against President Trump. … By the way, a 3 percent error rate at minimum is 90,000 ballots.

The court did not find 3 percent. The Arizona Supreme Court found 9 errors in 1,626 sampled ballots, at most 0.55 percent, worth no more than 153 votes in all.

In Ward v. Jackson, the Arizona election contest in which a court ordered a sample of Maricopa County's duplicated ballots inspected, the Arizona Supreme Court found nine errors in 1,626 sampled ballots, an error rate of 0.37 to 0.55 percent, and said extrapolating that rate to all 27,869 duplicated ballots would shift at most 153 votes (Arizona Supreme Court, Ward v. Jackson, No. CV-20-0343-AP/EL, Dec. 8, 2020). The same order notes that Maricopa County's Nov. 9, 2020 statutory hand count audit found no discrepancies between hand count and machine totals.
