What did Marjorie Taylor Greene claim about elections on 7 Jan 2021?
Marjorie Taylor Greene, U.S. Representative (R-GA) ·
I would like to point out that all the cases that have been thrown out have been thrown out on standing, not the evidence of voter fraud.
Not all on standing. An Arizona court heard witnesses and reviewed ballots before ruling, and Wisconsin's top court called the Trump campaign's main claim meritless on its face.
In Ward v. Jackson, an Arizona trial court held a two-day evidentiary hearing, heard witnesses and reviewed ballots, and found that the plaintiff had not proven an erroneous vote count. The Arizona Supreme Court unanimously affirmed on Dec. 8, 2020, holding the challenge failed 'to present any evidence of "misconduct," "illegal votes"'. The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected the Trump campaign's main claim as 'meritless on its face' and its other claims on laches, not standing (Trump v. Biden, Dec. 14, 2020).
