More than 8,000 votes were cast by individuals who had no address and probably didn't live there.
Most of those addresses were real. Nevada checked a sample of 369 of the 8,111 and found about 95% were valid homes that just don't get USPS street delivery.
Nevada's Secretary of State reviewed a sample of every 22nd record, 369 of the 8,111 addresses alleged to be non-existent, and found that approximately 95% were valid residences that do not receive USPS street delivery. The same document quotes a Dec. 4, 2020 Nevada district court order on the analyst's report: 'there was little or no verification of his numbers' (Nevada Secretary of State, Apr. 21, 2021).
