An Office of the Director of National Intelligence summary published before the post counted 122 of 693 former Guantanamo detainees in all as confirmed to have reengaged: 113 of 532 transferred before January 22, 2009, the date Executive Order 13492 on the remaining detainees was signed at the start of the Obama administration, and 9 of 161 transferred after that date (Office of the Director of National Intelligence, data as of July 15, 2016).
