What did Donald Trump claim about investigations on 17 Mar 2019?
Donald Trump, President of the United States ·
So it was indeed (just proven in court papers) “last in his class” (Annapolis) John McCain that sent the Fake Dossier to the FBI and Media hoping to have it printed BEFORE the Election.
Not before the election. McCain associate David Kramer testified he first learned of the dossier on Nov. 19, 2016, after the election, and only then raised it with McCain.
In the sworn deposition unsealed in that case, David Kramer, the McCain associate who obtained the dossier, testified that he first learned of it from Sir Andrew Wood at the Halifax International Security Forum on November 19, 2016, and that 'This was after the election'; he then raised it with Senator McCain at a meeting at the forum that afternoon (Kramer deposition, December 13, 2017, Gubarev v. BuzzFeed, S.D. Fla.).
